    This informative and well laid out website has everything you need to know about angling in the Aberaeron area. Web pages include lake fishing, key members, a calendar, river reports, news, maps, permit data and photo galleries.Suggested by Shane Jones.

    Choku zuki bassai dai bachi... these are just a few of the karate terms on which this website can shed a lot of light. Its a fairly comprehensive site giving details of the clubs past achievements as well as listing training times and future events. On the lighter side, there are lots of photos here of the club's social evenings - from Halloween to Christmas and brithday parties.

    This is the website for the 'club with no name' - Aberystwyth's KUGB Shotokan karate club which was formed in 2004. Use the site to find out how to join, read profiles of the instructors (or sensei), view photo galleries of training sessions or check up on club news.

    Even though this is a site for the whole of Wales, it's maintained by mountain board enthusiast Andy Watson from Montgomeryshire. Nicely designed and easy to use, the site provides information about ATB centres in Mid, North and South Wales. It also has a discussion forum, a list of useful links and a picture gallery.

    Clun League Badminton Club

    Suggested by Jame Thomas from Clun Jane:"We play on the Shropshire Powys Borders and are part of the North Powys League. As an active and friendly Badminton Club we are always keen to welcome visitors and new members. We play every Wednesday and Friday nights at the Clun Memorial Hall in the small town of Clun, Shropshire. The club caters for club standard players. We also have two teams in the Mixed and Ladies divisions of the North Powys Badminton League."

As well as a fixtures list and form guide, there's a profile page with a full list of the tracks and an overview of the races.     This is a website written by an enthusiast for enthusiasts. It describes itself as "a guide to sports driven by the forces of wind, waves and gravity". These sports include surfing, windsurfing, kiting, mountain-boarding, climbing and gorge-walking. You can find out which beaches are best for surfing - not just in Ceredigion but other parts of Wales and over the border.     Not surprisingly for a club established more than 90 years ago, one of the main sections of this website chronicles the history of bowling in Llandrindod. The site also includes details of upcoming competitions and results.

    Based in Aberystwyth, Ystwyth Cycling Club is active in all cycling disciplines including Road Racing, Time Trials, Mountain Biking, Triathlon, Duathlon and Touring Track.
