The society was established to promote and raise awareness of Owain Glyndwr. Even though it doesn't seem to be updated regularly, there's a lot of historical information on the site including articles from the Western Mail newspaper and Cambria magazine. It also lists the society's objections, aims and achievements.

This website shows the results of Wales' largest ever online poll in which Owain Glyndwr came second. Formed in 2003 and funded by the National Assembly for Wales, Culturenet Cymru received over 80,000 nominations and votes in its quest to find the greatest Welsh men and women of all time. It's a comprehenisve website noting the achievements of the 100 "Welsh heroes", ranging from the obvious to the obscure. A good potted history of some of the country's great and good.

The Powys Digital History website has a special section on Owain Glyndwr which includes a description of life in Wales in 1400, a chronology of events and details about some of his battles. There are also several old photos including a nineteenth century postcard of the parliament building at Machynlleth.
Glyndwr National Trail

This website gives a brief introduction to Glyndwr's Way - one of Wales' three National Trails. The route is 132 miles in total and takes in some of Powys' most spectacular scenery, passing the locations of some of Glyndwr's most significant battles. Starting at Knighton and running in a giant horse-shoe to Machynlleth and back to Welshpool, you can tackle it in one go or in sections.

This is the website of Senedd '04 a group set up in 2004 to celebrate the 600th anniversary of Owain Glyndwr's Machynlleth parliament. Describing themselves as a 'non-party' movement the group now aims to re-open the parliament in Machynlleth as a think tank for Wales.

Glyn Dwr Speaks is a website devoted to what the owners describe as 'The War of Welsh Liberation 1400 - 1415'. The site offers a comprenensive guide to the life and times of Owain Glyndwr providing, 'an entrance point for people that want to find out more about Owain Glyn Dwr and late Medieval Welsh history'. Parts of the site were still under construction when we looked in March 2006.
