i remember working most sunday mornings in the slaughterhouse opposite the shop.the laughs we used to have, (sighs) happy days. !

Having grown up in Cwmgiedd, I remember the shop well and can only dream of the flavour of the sausage the proprietor made and sold. Alas, I try hard but cannot find sausage like them !
