"I've always been interested in weird and paranormal subjects since a teenager. What got me interested in aliens and UFOs was about 1988, when I first ventured onto the internet and found an array of information about Area 51 in the Nevada Desert - a top secret facility that the US government deny exists.
There were many theories that Aliens and UFO s were being kept there and governments were working with them for whatever reasons.
After trawling the internet reading UFO documents, theories etc, it dawned on me that this information was quite hard to come across and was very scattered around the place. I wanted to create a UK based website that specialised in UFO reports/articles and photos and presented a non-biased attitude towards Ufology.
UFO Sighting
"One night, I was driving home from work and was about two turnings away from my home slowing down towards a junction. The sky was quite overcast, but there were breaks in the clouds. I heard a very unusual sound, something I have never heard before, like "white noise", except not so high pitched. The noise seemed to be coming from above so I leaned forward and looked upwards through my windscreen.
I saw a huge object passing through the clouds at quite a low level, just enough in the clouds to not make out the full shape. It was larger than any aircraft I had seen before and I see many around where I live as we are close to a military base.
I would say it was at least 20 times larger than a normal aircraft. It struck me as being too big to fly that low and slowly, almost as if it would drop out of the sky. It passed over head, the noise went and returned home.
There have been a few other sightings in and around the Brecon area. During one of the earlier Jazz festivals, it is said that an orange ball, or orb, came down and hovered above the band and crowd and then shot off at a high speed. Many speak about this but it's hard to come across people who were there.
A mother and her children claim to have seen a UFO above their car outside Brecon Leisure Centre. The children were quite frightened and it was reported to the MOD.

"The UK UFO Petition has been set up as a direct approach to Tony Blair asking for an open public debate as to why UFOs and ET visitation is being denied to the general public here in the UK. I believe that the Government and military know more than they are telling us about UFOs and the general public have the right to know the truth and it should be the government leading this.
I think so many people are interested in the subject as people would like to know if there is life elsewhere in the universe. I believe humans have reached an evolutionary stage now where they expect this to be answered. The internet has opened up a lot of channels for release of materials that were previously classified and censored and this has raised more interesting questions about the subject."

I want to really share somethin with you it was dark evening as it was the time for the sun to set I viewed a black object with the lights al over and it was just above me in the clouds before even I could bring my telescope and view it was nowhere. That was the last object I viewed and I'm still waiting for my next contact with them.. wish u could help me out.. if u reply for my comments..

I totally just looked at a comment I made on here 4 years ago -- I sound retarded.I don't necessarily think that "UFOs", per se, are real anymore, but I do think supernatural things happen daily. It just takes a keen eye to catch them.

This is My first view to this website, it really made me so interesting to know some thing about aliens and i would like to share one thing. that was a late night around 11.30 am, i just went to the last floor in my building and i was noticing the sky with lot of things about its secret.i found one white object moving very fast from one direction to other direction, but later when i asked my mommy, she told that's a star kind of thing nothing else out there. but after viewing this website and many of your views, i can recollect that it might be an Alien. and many thanks for Steve for exploring things! about alien. I don't know what to comment about this UFO business. I've never seen lights off UFO's or encountered something bizzard. But every night I look at the beautiful stars and think it would be an awful waste of space if there are very few or none intelligent species out there.

Hmm.. I don't know what to make of all this. Aliens.. and intelligent life. People have claims to see UFO lights and I have yet to see them when I go out and stare at the stars every night. I guess it would be nice to know we are not alone in the universe but yet I've read from good sources saying alien existence is so slim. We watch sci-fi such as Battlestar Galactica and Strek Trek, I wonder when we will be able to make the first ship for interstellar travel. Maybe in a 1000 yrs time? Communicating with other intelligent aliens will be difficult.. other intelligent beings may have a completely different brain wave%! 20pattern. But if a UFO an intelligent alien visits Earth why not make it's presence known? Why not come in a group? If it was afraid why come in the first place. Surely why not land in a city where there hundreds of people and just say 'hello' it would be nice

I definitely think that aliens are true. Imagine this, there are so many planets out there and it would be strange if only earth has living creatures. There is something out there and let's hope they are not as bad as we see in the movies trying to invade our planet.

When I was 14 in 1968 I was looking at the dark evening sky with my mother in south london. A bright white object appeared in the sky travelling from I think, east to west. It was about the size of venus or Jupiter. It made no sound at all. It moved rapidly across the horizon entering a cloud directly above. We waited for it to appear out the other side of the cloud but instead it came out the side changing direction in a split second to go back the direction it was travelling. It made a 90 degree angle just changing direction without turning at all. I often wonder to this day what this object was.

You all keep saying you've seen sightings near airbases and such. Wake up and smell reality people for goodness sake! Is it that difficult to realise that these are just aircraft from military bases...I do believe there are many other intellegent forms of life out there, after all there are more stars in the universe than there are grains of sand on the entire earth! However i find it very difficult to believe they would bother making the effort to travel to this wretched planet. wouldn't you agree?

Steve, nice work.I live just down the road from brecon and although i live under a commercial flight path every now and then you see some very odd things.i.e. objects flying at amazing speeds and altering course at a drop of an hat.and also does anyone find it very strange.How mankind has developed so fast in the last 100 years just a thought here but would like to here comments.

Dear UFO lovers. Hello! I'm thankful to Steve first of all who made it possible that people should realize that "UFO" or "ET" do exist. I agree with the peoples' review and ufo sighting. In my village 200 miles away from Lahore city villagers were surprised to see a weird crecent moon shaped bright object over the roof to the east. It remained for 2 hours moving left to right. My father came to Lahore City next day. He mentioned me all this. The same object was sighted in Lahore in darkness over head. I wish I could see it. But could not. Still waiting for it. On Nov 1997 I saw a big oval object in the sky outside of Walmart. It was moving rapidly back and forth and seemed to be causing a humming sound. Soon after the clan rally was cancelled and everyone went home very mad.

I have seen Two definite Alien spacecraft myself both occured in 2002 very close to where I live and both took place just 11 day's apart the first was on 22nd of june at 9:35pm this was a very bright White morphing from a circle to a disc it also expanded and contracted twice and gave off an orangey/red glow I filmed this object for 10 minutes.The second was in the same place as the first and was similar but not exactly the same as the first. I filmed this object also for about 24 minutes. Make no mistake!!These Objects are the real thing and nothing else!!!I should mention that back in october 1994 whilst working for my dad(a Large Hampshire sheep farmer)we had our sheep attacked by a Big Cat!!!

I know at least two people who have seen a flying saucer in the small sleepy village of Llangyndr, situated between Crickhowell and Talybont. The first witness saw a saucer landing in a field late after midnight sometime in the mid 1970's. The second witness saw one four years ago about the same time of night, a circular craft with orange flare, slowly moving away from Llangyndr mountain and zap! gone.
The village has an eerie feel to it..I often wonder how often they visit there.

I believe our government is correct by keeping whatever knowledge they have, a sccret. I think there is a reason for their secrecy and a wise one at that. It would change everything we have been taught about religion and I beleive it would cause fear and pandemonium. My brother and I saw a huge UFO when I was only three and I remember it like it was yesterday. I believe I also had an encounter when I was 12 that caused unspeakable fear and confusion. Whatever is out there, I don't believe we are ready as a society to know it. Many may think an alien encounter would be 'cool'. Think again.

As much as I'm fasinated by ET, I find it staggering that people believe so much of what is written on the internet. In the 50's and 60's there were huge numbers of supposed 'sightings', yet now with the huge array of digital recording devices available to so many millions, why are there no good sighting recorded on film?
A lot of this is on the back of the X-files, with people obsessed by conspiricy theories. Lets look at the facts, most sightings are in the back of beyond or are near military airbases! If anything, the military are testing new forms of aircraft or some local fool has drunk too much moonshine and sees a reflection through his spectacles. The day I see somebody give freely, footage to a major network channel, then I'll take notice. Until then 'the truth is out there'......

i agree that theres something out there, a few years ago one of my mums friends was taking pictures of the beach on a hot summers day. when the pictures came back there was a strange object flying across the beach on a couple of seperate shots, the picture developers had seen it and phoned the police who came and took every photo and negative she had and told her not to meantion it, fortunately she'd managed to show a few of us before they came,it was very strange indeed!!!

I live in Brecon and have seen some strange stuff round here too. You get kind of used to the aircraft with the military and Sennybridge so close but some things are clearly something very different - Multiple lights doing formation dancing and zipping off at speed, the late night sky having daylight turned on and off like someone is playing with a light switch, etc.
Never heard of the incident in the leisure centre car park though.

It's a very brave approach what you've decided to go for. I agree with all the above views shared by these individuals. I believe in them. I haven't personally seen any UFO or similar object. But I'm dead sure that in this universe there ought to be intelligent life just like ourselves.
