The Glyndŵr Way is a 132 mile trail running through the heart of Mid Wales. Opened in 2002, it is one of Wales' three designated National Trails. Take a photo tour of the ninth and final section from Dolanog to Welshpool. If you'd like to add your photos taken on the walk, please email us at wales.mid@bbc.co.uk.
Esther, Lincoln Have just finished the walk. Yesterday actually. Really enjoyed it. Got to Lake Vyrnwy quite late in afternoon. Two of us booked in at a local B/B the other two had an arrangement with a caravan. They only had the name and tel no no address. A local told us we had walked past. Well after that awful hill we were rather down. This kind man and his father and brother insisted on driving my friends back saying that they had to go that way to feed their lambs. In Meifod the landlord at the local pub insisted on getting up to make us a breakfast at 5am as we needed to be in Welshpool early.I have been so impressed by local people we have met along the way. One of us got bit by a dog and the other fell through a gate but I was fine!! Wed May 7 13:25:54 2008
