The Glyndŵr Way is a 132 mile trail running through the heart of Mid Wales. Opened in 2002, it is one of Wales' three designated National Trails. Take a photo tour of the first section from Knighton to Felindre. If you'd like to add your photos taken on the walk, please email us at wales.mid@bbc.co.uk.
Rachel W, Derbyshire We walked Glydwrs Way in July and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone we stayed with was really welcoming, some great BnBs and pubs along the way, and the remote countryside was stunning. The maps don't quite do justice to some of the hill gradients though! If you have time, take a day off mid-walk in Machynlleth and visit the centre for Alternate Technology; the RSPB bird hide at Lake Vrwnwy is worth a look too.
