James Leonard from Deeside
As an A level student, I have still felt the effects of the credit crunch. I have noticed the economical effects on those around me and I have seen my family's money deteriorate in value. The area I live in is in desperate need of maintainance, like more facilities for children and youths to keep them off the streets, but due to over-expenditure, our needs are not being met!

The credit crunch does not affect me at all really - even though we have a house to sell. Why should I let it worry me?I try to live my life as happy as I can. The media can get on one's nerves, I think. I noticed the empty shops in Aberystwyth, e.g. in Bridge Street. That's sad to see. In Machynlleth there's still a few (2!) Christmas lights on in the middle of February - and the whole Xmas deco is still up. I have bets with a few friends for how long this will be.Hwyl!
