"Five internationally prominant artists from Estonia will work alongside four
professional artists from the local area to create artistic interventions in and around The Llanfyllin Workhouse building and its surroundings, culminating in a public exhibition of the works on Saturday 16 August.
Throughout the week the artists will be working at The Llanfyllin Workhouse
and we encourage the local community to come and meet them and see them at
work.
We will also be offering a programme of associated events including "A Taste
of Estonia" where people will have the opportunity to meet and get to know
the artists and experience Estonian food, music and other cultural delights.

Would like to enhance these links by offering my services as a Welsh translator as I have connections with Estonian poets and translators.

Excellent news, look forward to it. Having been married to an Estonian for 6 years, I can appreciate the similarities between the two nations. Both are small independent thinking, fiercely proud of their culture, language and music and love sticking one on their big neighbour every so often!
