Ode to Here For You

Sue Blower is Montgomery's Town Crier and after she and her family visited the BBC Here For You event in Newtown in 2007 she wrote this cry as tribute:
Oh Yeah! Oh Yeah! Oh Yeah!
Pray Silence Good Citizens of Newtown
The BBC Wales team have been Here For You
In Newtown with information and lots of things to do
Roy Noble, Owen Money, Jamie and Derek to name but a few
Lovely Claire and Louise providing much glamour too.
Dr. Who and the Daleks, Bobbinogs, Pobl y Cwm and X RAY
Were all so incredible what a Friendly and Fantastic day
We were reading the news and sharing the weather forecast
It was a memorable day and truly a blast
Thanks for being here for us and allowing us to get to know you
All Hail the BBC Wales team as they were Yma i Chi
