A New Wave of Thought

Last updated: 08 February 2008

By Andy Carrington

When I'm alone with my jitters of amour
I look onward to the bay
and take in a breath as its sweet waves
serene the moment with the words:

"forever in thought and in deed".

I hear you Mum.
