The Newtown Dial-a-Ride office is a hive of activity as the countdown to the 2005 Santa Run begins.
Jo Corfield looks ahead to the big day on Sunday 4 December.

"Santa Run was set up way back in 2001. With what we thought was an amazing 501 Santa's taking part in the unique event.
Since then the phenomenon that is the Santa Run has grown from strength to strength, resulting in 2004 breaking Guinness World Records for the 'Largest Gathering Of Santas'!
The event has become, for many the official start to the Christmas festivities, and what a better way to kick start the season by raising funds for those less fortunate than yourself.
This year's run will also be welcoming special guest Dame Tanni Grey Thompson who will be cheering on the mass of Santas with her family.
Over the past five years, Santa Run has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for good causes, national and international.
This year's festive event will be held on Sunday Dec 4th and is estimated to attract Santa's from every corner of the globe."
