Just like to say thanks to Danny & Joe for 2006 festival. Our first Greenman. Great to find a festival not infiltrated by coporates or the likes of Jo Whiley. Great range of musical and non-musical participants. A crowd who are there for the music. Be careful not to let it get to big. Looking forward to 2007.

Cerys Matthews - I felt we made a connection.

It was great all the bands were great, like hattie said the irish guys kept us all amused (and hattie is my sister).

Samantha Evans, Spain,

Greenman festival 2006 was really good but in all honesty one of the best performers at the festival were the Irish guys in the tent next to us, although they kept us up all night they were hilarious!

Andy and Sue from Llwyn Prysg
Fantastic friendly festival. We knew it was going to be good when the person in the neighbouring tent offered to help us put the tent up in the rain. Micah P. Hinson is a genius and deserves more recognition, especially his pissed up keyboard player from the Gospel of progress, who also played with King Creosote, which was another highlight.Don't tell anyone else how good it was, when you see the photo's of other overcrowed festivals this summer, we feel lucky we were at the Greenman.

Adam from Liverpool
What a Weekend, my highlights were John Smith, Nancy Elizabeth Cunliffe, as well as John Stammers, Bert Jansch, Gruff Rhys, and Calexico. The Beer and food was also excellent, and such wonderful friendly people throughout. The one and only low point was when the woman standing next to me screamed for Gruff Rhys to shut up, until she was politely reminded who's country she was in!! Can't wait for next year!!

Phil Gill from The Rhondda
WOW!!! What a perfect day! Calexico, Bert Jansch and Merz, were on top form, and everyone we met were happy. Glad the weather held out on the Sunday. Thanks for a great time.
