Absolutely wonderful shop. A work colleague told me about it and we visited when we happened to be in the area. A real joy, could have stayed all day!

Bunner's,Well, we called there last June, I wanted a pair of wire strippers, (of a certain type) but would you believe, Bunner's didn't have them. So I searched around where we live, found the details and posted the to Bunner's. That was weeks ago.
On the 14 th of this month, at 3.30 pm my telephone rang with the news that my Wire Strippers were ready for posting, and did I still want them. Course I did was my reply, we'll send them off then Aladin said.
Next morning th strippers fell through our letter box with attached invoice, less postage as a special discount.
No need to fear...as long as Bunneer's are in Business.

Enjoyed living in Wales for a couple of years, discovered Bunners almost as soon as we arrived as our Stanley needed servicing, such an enchanting shop, so many uses, spent many a happy moment shopping for anything from spares for our lawn mower to unique games for the kids, to kitchen paraphenalia. What I would like to know is how is the service engineer, - still playing cricket, or has his back got the better of him. - stumbled accross this site as I was contemplating putting a Stanley in our new house, - back on the Isle of Wight - would rather do business with Bunners, than anyone else - ps. downstairs is just as big a joy.

What a shop, what characters run it. It's the original Aladdins Cave only more so. Don't rub any lamp's. I'm sure the Yanks must deal with them for the odd, very small stainless steel screw they need from time to time at Cape Canaveral. Bunners will have it, I can hear them saying, get a mail off to them right away we need it in the morning. Where is it? where is it, it's in Wales of course a little old spot known as Mongomery.
