Since 2004, the grounds of Y Dolydd workhouse in Llanfyllin have hosted a three-day family-friendly festival featuring live music and comedy, crafts and children's activities. Brid O'Dwyer sent us these photos of the event in 2008:
The field was a riot of colour with marquees, flags, sculpture and festival goers in their most glam, glitzy and just plain crazy fancy dress. This is a picture of the Main Stage Marquee as the sun was coming up on Friday. Mid-Wales' weather is never predictable so most of the venues are under cover allowing festival goers to hide from the rain or take a break from the sun while listening to some funky music.
