Back in 1999 I had the pleasure to visit the Llanfair Caereinion area during a wedding that I attended for the Jones'. I had the pleasurable experience of visiting St. Mary's church being blessed by the healing waters from her well. I only wish I would of brought some home with me. Someday I wish to return to this area and call it my home. The people and the land gave me a feeling of peace and well being that I never experianced before in my life, even in my land of birth. Dafydd Jones, Lampeter
I am looking for a relative who was a vicar in this area in the 1900's. His name was Evan Jones and his wife's name was Marjorie. I am not sure whether he was vicar of St Mary's Llanllugan, but I know that he was at Llanfair Caereinion. Any information would be gratefully received.
