I found it surprizing that I could find no mention of Wycliffe College which helped St.Davids/Universityof Lampeter survive in former case and the Univesity build from that base so that it is now passably known- in Wales.

The Mustard Seed cafe is an absolute gem which we found purely by chance. Very welcoming and individual. So very different to the bland American chain cafes. Fairtrade coffee, yummy food and cozy chairs. What more do you want?

Joanne Bell, Lampeter
I love going to uni at lampeter. The CU is great and takes up all of my time, we're all a great bunch of mates and the wider christian community is fab. Emmaus christian fellowship, Lampeter Evangelical church and 'The Mustard seed' are all places to find a ready welcome and advice. We're small (as is the uni) but we're friendly and look out for each other. Lampeter really is somewhere a commited christian (or a wavering one) can feel happy and supported.

Born in Liverpool I finished my education in Bwlchyllan, with Mr Roberts (Robin) Headmaster. Anyone who remembers me or my sisters Esther still in Lampeter and Doreen who taught in Trefilan school till she was 34. I would please ask to contact. I still return to what became my roots at Bwlchygraig as often as I can. Full of wonderful memories. Most profound perhaps was being in same class with Tudor Noakes brother of renowned Archbishop of Wales George.
