Philip Glynn from Newtown told us about Linda Ward and the Young At Heart group she runs for older people in Newtown:

1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  Linda: Each session starts with a warm up, flexing and stretching throughout the body, followed by more vigorous movement, and frequently using various kinds of equipment to assist.

We have just survived a hurricane(hurricane ike)! I am a member of a club in Texas. It is a swim club and I swim for 2 hours everyday, 5 times a week! Actually, my grandma is in your program. She loves her program! And, the photos show it too! Her name is Maisie Tanner!! Could you give her a big hello from her family down in Houston, Texas!!
