Brecon Race For Life 2006

More than 1,500 women and girls took part, and organisers hope the event will raise £160,000 for Cancer Research UK. Me and the 'teen angels' had a great time and it was for a great cause. We really want to do this next year but me and Sarah are targeting the run next time as cowgirls or something. I really wish more people take part because you don't know how cancer can affect a person until it happens to someone you love, I want to be around when they do discover a cure for cancer,so, raising money and awarness is going to be a big step for improvement. I think you should do a course for men aswell to watch them sweat!!!! well done to everybody who took part and to my teen%! 20angels! see you next year!! j x

My 'teen angels'and I had a fab time. We raised a lot of money and I raised over £100 alone!! My time was 50mins but I'm going to run next year! We all can't wait to do it again next year, but we're going as cowgirls rather than fairies!! WELL DONE to all who took part!
