A delegation from Timbuktu took part in a number of activities during their week-long visit to Hay on Wye as part of the official twinning celebrations between Timbuktu and Hay. The Timbuktu delegation was overwhelmed by the warmth and the generosity of the welcome - whether in London, Hay, Cardiff or Hereford.
