Robert: "The man bottom left was James Spencer he would have been about 60 at this time and called John, he was my Great Grandad and lived in 2 Coopers hall from about 1910 until he died in 1953. While working for the railway as a gang man he rented the house from the Railway and in 1947 was paying 8 bob a week. In 1947 my Grandmother Catherine or Kit Jenkins, (his Daughter) came back to live with him with my mother Val Jenkins. My Grandmother had been crossing keeper at Clifford, just a few miles down the line."

My grandmother and grandfather lived at no 1, and my great grand parents lived at no 2. My cousin know lives at no 2. And when I was a baby (1960) we lived at number 8, I think?
