Diana's ideas are an inspiration for peace and change. I'm sure she is the lady who inspired many groups of people in 1998 to create groups to participate in peace meditations for the Seed of Life initiative. I'm still part of the one created here in Cornwall and it is a testement to Diana's original motivation for healing rifts between communities and peoples. I think back to my first meeting with her in my home (along with 40 or so others & a visitor from the USA!) and the journey we have all been on since. In that 10 years or so our consciousness has transformed and we have made con! nections across the planet with other likeminded souls. All our best wishes Diana, and much Love for 2009.

We visited Grandma's garden last wednesday, by chance, and a cool but sunny April afternoon was enjoyed walking throughout the different areas of the garden. Buzzards rose on the thermals, lazily circling, a raven cronked - I think its call is more of a cronk than a croak. We walked beside the river and watched a treecreeper wending its way up a tree whilst a woodpecker drummed in the woodland. We circled the house past the calf elephant bathing around to the sensory gardens. Above us a red kite found the thermals and circled above us, crossed the flares of the sun and came back into our vision when another kite from up the valley joined in communion encircling on the wind, then the parting as they wended their way back to hunting grounds. We had fun and laughter in the children's gardens for after all we are always children at heart. We returned to the garden this afternoon, having emailed Diana, and shall enjoy reading her poems that are around the garden in the leisure of our home, for she has entrusted them into a little booklet.
Thank you for the pleasure and delight that we had and shall enjoy again when we return later in the season. A lovely garden for any age of person with well defined paths giving easy access to the more rugged parts of the garden.

This is an amazing experience of fun and education! Its name reflects its ethos - Grandma's Garden is accessible for Grandmas and for Grandchildren and certainly lives up to its peaceful reputation with stunning views and sensational garden.

We had a lovely day in grandma's garden and will return next time we visit Wales. We even met Grandma who is an inspiration. She was buzzing around the grounds in her wheelchair making sure that the new pond was being constructed properly...All I can say is this is a place that the Welsh should be proud of and should be encouraging people to visit a place where so much work has been done to create a garden which is accessible by everyone.
