Regular supporter to local Farmers Markets especially Llandovery which was featured in BBC Radio Four "On your Farm" which, was shadowing Roger Stevens on how he uses Farmers Markets and local producers to source Food products.Lasswade Country House Hotel & Restaurant, Llanwrtyd Wells, are U.K. Winners of "Sustain Food Challenge 2008" demonstrating their use of local producers for sourcing products and using their name including breed of animal where appropriate on Menus. Also, listing total Food Miles from Producer to Table on a very high percentage of all Food products used in Hotel. Lasswade were runners up in 2007 and in winning 2008 it is a FIRST FOR WALES!

Please list the Welsh Food Festival which is happening at Glansevern Hall Gardens on 1st & 2nd September as I felt that it was the best food festival I have been to!
