The church I go to is called Hope church based in Newtown, Powys. It is a place where you can meet other Christians and also make an impact into the local community. I have many good friends in Hope, people who I can trust. It's also a place were we look outwards, doing things like helping to clean up the town or giving anyone who wants a free Christmas meal on Christmas day. Also we share how Jesus loves us with each other and anyone who visits.

My faith is important because of the fact that Jesus came into the world to die, to allow me to live.

I became a Christian over 20 years ago when I realised that there was a God and he cared about me. He sent his son from the safety of heaven to come to this earth to die for me. Even 20 years on, I'm still amazed how much God loves me and this world. Like most people I have had my ups & downs but Jesus has been there giving me the strength to get though it."
