There's a great comedy night with 4 great comedians called "The Ameusement Arcade" on the 3rd Feb at Aberystwyth Arts Centre. It'll be an excellent night out so come along and join me for lots of laughs.

The Clock Tower Comedy night in Machynlleth is a great night out. There's going to be a Xmas special with some big names in comedy in December!

I would say that Newtown is a little more lively than Welshpool for a night out. However, both towns follow a similar format, round of the pubs, then on to the club(s)!

There isn't much of a drum & bass, Jungle, old skool or alternative music scene in Aberystwyth is there? I am thinking of coming back to Aber in the near future and try and shake things up a little. Get something for all the youngsters in the Area maybe even an opening of a new club. This is all very much in the pipeline. But I would be very interested to hear everyone's input in on this project as to how they feel this would affect the town.
