Digital Stories - Machynlleth Workshop

BBC Wales has been helping local people to create their own digital stories - short films which capture a personal memory, moment or experience in their life. Click on the links below to watch films made at a workshop in Machynlleth in the summer of 2005.

Storm Chaser John Mason from Mach reveals how a fear of thunderstorms turned to fascination: ""It was never my ambition to be a weatherman".	The Quilt Delyth goes in search for her cousin Susan over the Great Atlantic. "Was she still alive? Did she know me?"
Sustainability Liz Todd on how she came to live in Mach: "The name Machynlleth caught my attention again on the late evening news."	Pants Phil Wheeler asks if we're faced with too many choies: "Too many searches for too many heavens..."
Why Oh Wye... Keith pays tribute to his partner Carmel: "Five years ago we put ourselves to the test rather dramatically."	In Search of Aly Alyson Jones looks back at old photos and asks: "Whatever happened to that girl, somewhere along the way she disappeared."
