Teifi Valley Art Trail

Teifi Valley Art Trail brochure

Last updated: 25 March 2009

Artists in the Teifi Valley are opening their studios to visitors during each Bank Holiday from Easter to August in 2009. Sally Pearce told us more about the initiative in march 2009:

  • Art exhibitions in Mid Wales...

  • "Artists have been part of the Cardigan Open Studios in the past but as that event is not taking place again until 2010 (Cardigan town's big anniversary) these members wanted to continue inviting local residents and visitors to see them at work.

It is always a pleasure to talk to the public since painting can be an isolated occupation and we are all enthusiasts.

The works on display range from naïve to floral, life paintings to abstracts, land and seascapes, drawing and printmaking. Cards and prints will be available along with the original work and the artists are there to question about their techniques and inspirations.

The area covered is easily travelled from Llandysul to Cenarth along this very beautiful river valley.

To obtain further details or a brochure go to the website link for Cardigan Open Studios on the right hand side of this page and then to the Teifi Valley page.

We look forward to seeing all our visitors."
