Aber's Floating Lanterns

Last updated: 09 October 2007

Schools and community groups worked with Aberystwyth Arts Centre during September 2007 to create lanterns which were launched from the town's Tan-y-bwlch beach in October 2007. Take a look at photos of the launch taken by Jodi Bennett with captions by Gemma Hughes.

I like the lantern in the photo. I know the others were just as great. My great grandparents were from Wales in the 1800's.
