As Mayor of the town, I am very proud of the Punch & Judy Festival, the festival is growing nicely and if it continues to grow it will be a major event in the Aberystwyth calender for years to come. I would also congratulate the effort our town clerk, Jim Griffiths, into putting everything together for free, I had visitors telling me that they come to Aber just for the Punch & Judy weekend.

I officially opened the festival at 11 am on Saturday morning, and stayed to watch the shows. The micro puppets were fantastic.
