To date this has been the most enjoyable trip. There was laughter and crack from the word go on Thursday morning, And you couldn't ask for better Hosts than those at Aber Lifeboat station. The welcome and great help gets stronger every year.
There is a lump of sadness left in our throats every year when it's time to depart from our Great friends in Aber.
The Céillí that was organised was an absolute cracker. Everyone really enjoyed it, and I would like to say a special thank you to all involved.
I would like to thank Mickey and Min for their gift to us of a Photo Album with pictures of us entering Aber.
On the way home one of our Ribs suffered engine failure off Strumble Head and it goes to show you the Comradarie of friends when Ashley, one of the committee members towed the Rib all the way home in his diesel Rib, Eyecatcher.
I would like to finish by thanking everyone who partook in the event for a great cause. And a very special thank you to the Crew of Aber Lifeboat for all their Kindness and assistance over the Weekend and the weeks leading up to the event.

Yes I saw the Irish come across to sunny old Aber! I even went out with them for a pint of Guinness! Very nice chaps! But best of all... they raised a lot of money for the RNLI! The Aber lifeboat crew should also get a mention here as they helped to organise the event this side of the channel!
