Steve Smith (ex Aberystwyth)
I remember all the students singing or chanting the words to all the cheesy adverts like:'For tyres of every type, for every type, come to us!''For a pleasant meal in pleasant surroundings, come to us! [Picture of Joe's Chip shop and a plate of fish and chips with mushy peas]And of course'Cool down now! Nothing cools you down like Lyon's Maid!' [This was shown mid-winter as we all froze in our seats]
