Su Chu Lu:"Now in its fourth year, the Chinese New Year Festival returned with an even more spectacular eclectic mix of performers and specialists in Chinese culture. Once again the festival was run in partnership between the Aberystwyth Arts Centre and the Chinese New Year association of Aberystwyth.
