Ceredigion Carers Week

A special celebration was held in Aberystwyth Bandstand in June 2006 as part of Ceredigion Carers Week. These photos and information about the event were sent in by Pennie Muir, who works as a Carers Opportunities Co-ordinator in Ceredigion.
