Stars at the Square

A host of stars performed at Aberaeron's square field on 1 August 2007 to mark the town's Bicentenary celebrations. Artists included Catrin Finch and Jason Howard, with BBC presenters Huw Edwards and Eleri Sion introducing them. Check out what happened on the night in this slideshow of photos by Tomos Dafydd. What a beautiful night and what extraordinary talent with the beautiful and talented Gwawr Edwards and Catrin Finch, and the handsome and touching Dafydd Edwards. Menna Edwards, Gwawr and Dafydd's outstanding accompanist should have received proper recognition as she is a singer's dream of an accompanist, not to mention a lovely Welshwoman. All four of these Cardis have a huge following in the United States and we eagerly look forward to seeing and hearing them soon.
