Simon Brown first started on two wheels from a young age then started to compete in 1997 and won his first race in 1998.
He moved onto motocross, then progressed to three wheels in 2002.
Simon Won the British enduro sidecar championship clubman class with driver Chris Smout in 2003.
He then moved onto four wheels and won a number of events on yamaha raptor quad.
Simon then went back to three wheels in 2006 with driver Graham Jones.
They finished as runners up in the British sidecar enduro championship in the expert class in 2006 and again in 2007, but 2008 was third time lucky for them and they clinched the championship on the last round.
The championship meant they had to travel a lot, ranging from close to home to as far as Petersfield (Hampshire).
In 2008 Simon and Graham also did a few events which were not part of the championship, one of them was the Weston-super Mare Beach race where they raised £ 434 for the Wales Air Ambulance.
