Graham Jones

Graham Jones and Simon Brown British Enduro sidecar champion in 1997 and 2008.

Born:
16 NOV 1964
Place of Birth:
Talerddig
Biography:

Graham first started on two wheels then three wheels, at the age of 16, and won a number of events.

Over the years he has had 14 different passengers.

He won the British Enduro sidecar championship expert class in 1997 with Paul Manning from Bristol.

In 2006 he teamed up with Simon Brown from Caersws.

They finished as runners up in the British sidecar enduro championship in the expert class in 2006 and again in 2007, but 2008 was third time lucky for them and they clinched the championship on the last round.

The championship meant they had to travel a lot, ranging from close to home to as far as Petersfield (Hampshire).

In 2008 Simon and Graham also did a few events which were not part of the championship, one of them was the Weston-super Mare Beach race where they raised £ 434 for the Wales Air Ambulance.

Both Simon and Graham would like to thank all who helped them and sponsored them throughout the season.
