To house all of your equipment in.

Sound-proofing
It’s no good setting up a drum-booth in your garage – it’ll only
upset the neighbours.

A great location
Somewhere where bands will want to spend time: a beautiful country
retreat like Realworld or Rockfield, or a sunny island like The
Bahamas will do.
