At our premises in Bangor we can offer you the chance to observe and work and on all types of programmes be it Drama, Documentaries, Youth Programmes and Light Entertainment. The placement will be 1 week.

About the placement - Cardiff

At our premises in Cardiff we can offer you the chance to observe and work on all types of programmes as for Bangor above, and you will also be able to experience the technical aspects of editing programmes on the latest high-tech systems which are in use here in Radio Cymru.

Criteria

You will need to show a genuine interest in our output and the media in general. By undertaking work experience, you'll be joining a very busy and engergetic team of staff, so you'll need to be willing to 'muck in', help out, and generally make yourself useful! We will ask for details of your education, qualifications and any training relevant to the application.
