Where is BBC Wales based?
Our headquarters are in Llandaff in Cardiff and there are studios and offices in Bangor, Wrexham, Aberystwyth, Llanelwedd, Swansea and Carmarthen. Some staff are based in various other locations around Wales.
Where can I find information about finding work with BBC Wales?

Can BBC Wales donate items or money for good causes?
Unfortunately, because the BBC is funded by money raised through the television licence fee, we normally have to decline requests for prizes and donations, even for the most worthy causes, except in the case of a very small number of charitable appeals and causes closely related to broadcasting.

I'd like to see a programme that was broadcast in other parts of the UK - when will it be on?
The BBC One and BBC Two schedules sometimes vary in different parts of the UK. You can search bbc.co.uk/tv to find programme times or the programme may be available on BBC iPlayer.
Can I obtain a copy of a BBC Wales programme?
Copies of BBC programmes and series can only be obtained if they have been made available commercially. Please check with local or online retailers to see if the programme you've enquired about has been made available.

How can I contact a BBC Wales programme or presenter?
You can contact most programmes directly through their websites and sometimes they will give out specific email addresses, postal addresses or telephone numbers. Try searching for the programme you want at bbc.co.uk/programmes.

Can I receive Radio Wales and Radio Cymru on DAB Digital Radio in my area?
For a list of the DAB stations available in your area, enter your postcode at bbc.co.uk/reception/digitalradio.
BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru are only available on DAB in areas where there is a local DAB multiplex operator. Currently there are two of these multiplexes up and running in Wales - the Cardiff and Newport area multiplex and the Swansea area multiplex.
Unfortunately we are unable to expand the coverage of Radio Wales and Radio Cymru on DAB until licences are awarded by Ofcom and the successful operators start broadcasting.
Local DAB licences covering Northeast Wales & West Cheshire, Mid and West Wales and North Wales have been awarded by Ofcom but there are no confirmed dates for the start of these services at present. When they do start, coverage may be limited within the service areas initially, due to commercial considerations and the availability of frequencies.
