I have an enquiry or comment about BBC Wales. How can I get in touch?
Please check through this list of recent questions first but if you can't find the information you're looking for, contact us either through the online form, telephone 03703 500 700 (weekdays 9.30am to 7.30pm), or write to BBC Information Wales, Bangor LL57 2BY. This is a bilingual service so please feel free to contact us in English or in Welsh.
Unfortunately we can't respond personally to every message we receive but we do appreciate all the feedback, and all comments are carefully logged for our editorial teams and management.
How do I contact the BBC Wales newsroom?
If you would like to send us a story, press release or item for the news diary, please email our central Newsgathering desk at newsgathering.wales@bbc.co.uk. Alternatively you can fax us on 029 2055 5960 or telephone 029 2032 2486.
Whether it's for radio, television, news online or Ceefax - both in English and Welsh - Newsgathering is responsible for general news intake. The desk also manages the news diary, which is accessed by all of BBC Wales' news programmes.
If you'd like to submit a photo or details of an event for inclusion on Derek Brockway's weather forecast on BBC Wales Today, email dereksdiary@bbc.co.uk.

Where can I find information about finding work with BBC Wales?
bbc.co.uk/jobs has links to all jobs at the BBC and information about work experience placements.
Can BBC Wales donate items or money for good causes?
Unfortunately, because the BBC is funded by money raised through the television licence fee, we normally have to decline requests for prizes and donations, even for the most worthy causes, except in the case of a very small number of charitable appeals and causes closely related to broadcasting.
Where can I find more information about BBC Wales schedules?
You can find the full BBC Wales schedules at bbc.co.uk/tv, or s4c.co.uk/e_listings.shtml for S4C listings. For our radio services see the Radio Wales schedule at bbc.co.uk/radiowales/programmes/schedules/fm or the Radio Cymru schedule at bbc.co.uk/radiocymru/amserlen.
I'd like to see a programme that was broadcast in other parts of the UK - when will it be on?
The BBC One and BBC Two schedules sometimes vary in different parts of the UK. You can search bbc.co.uk/tv to find programme times or the programme may be available on BBC iPlayer.
Can I have a copy or a transcript of a BBC Wales programme?
Copies and transcripts aren't usually available due to copyright and contractual agreements.
DVDs of BBC programmes that have been commercially released are generally available through the usual high street and online retailers, via the BBC Shop at www.bbcshop.com or by phoning BBC Worldwide on 0870 600 7080.
We're sorry to disappoint fans but Satellite City and High Hopes have not been commercially released.

Can I receive Radio Wales and Radio Cymru on DAB Digital Radio in my area?
For a list of the DAB stations available in your area, enter your postcode at bbc.co.uk/digitalradio.
BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru are only available on DAB in areas where there is a local DAB multiplex operator. Currently there are two of these multiplexes up and running in Wales - the Cardiff and Newport area multiplex and the Swansea area multiplex.
Unfortunately we are unable to expand the coverage of Radio Wales and Radio Cymru on DAB until licences are awarded by Ofcom and the successful operators start broadcasting.
Local DAB licences covering Northeast Wales & West Cheshire, Mid and West Wales and North Wales have been awarded by Ofcom but there are no confirmed dates for the start of these services at present. When they do start, coverage may be limited within the service areas initially, due to commercial considerations and the availability of frequencies.
Can I watch or listen to BBC Wales programmes online?
Go to BBC iPlayer to catch up on the last 7 days of BBC TV and radio.
