Did You Know?
Over 100,000 Welsh Children and Young People need additional support to reach their potential.
Do You Know?
SNAP Cymru is unique to Wales.
Trained staff and volunteers provide information, advice, advocacy, and support to help Children, Young People and their families who are experiencing problems at school or college including assessments, bullying, exclusion, and health.
They can often help over the phone or we can arrange to meet with families to listen, support and advise them on the best way forward.
Some need someone to chat to, others need information, or practical support, like help with writing a letter, or to attend meetings.
Their aim is to work together in partnership, to help all Children and Young People reach their potential.
Could you help?
Volunteers are vital. They offer roles to suit everyone. Full accredited training is offered, along with support and guidance. No formal qualifications are needed but references and CRB checks are required.
