Invention of the spare wheel in Llanelli.

Discussion of the invention of the Stepney spare wheel - the first car spare wheel - by Walter and Tom Davies in Llanelli in 1904. Stepney is still used as a term for a spare wheel today in Pakistan, Malta, and Brazil.
