Scargill visits Welsh miners

Network news, first broadcast 6 May 1984

On the 6 May 1984, two months into the miners' strike, Arthur Scargill visited Point of Ayr colliery, near Prestatyn in north Wales, as part of his campaign to rally the pithead rebels of the miners dispute. Michael Cole reports.
