What will people think of me if I'm missing one ball?
The doctor says: It's difficult, but it's something that men get used to.
In some cases you just wouldn't be able to tell that you've had surgery. It may also be possible to have a prosthesis - a fake testicle - put in place of the missing one. They're made of rubber, they bounce (before they are inserted!) and they're painless.
