"As a gym owner/manager I see a lot of people who are too afraid to enter the gym enviroment for fear of feeling out of place. The most common phrase being "I need to loose weight before I start exercising" or "the gyms full of body beautifuls". Please believe me when I say this is not true! We are here to help you, just like all the other unfit, overweight or self-concious people who you would be working out along side. Body beautifuls don't need a place to hang out & analyse others, they're too busy working hard to keep their fine tuned figures. So come on - what are you waiting for, excuses over, we're here to help you achieve your goal!" Faye , Bagillt, June 2009.

"I think it is darned hard to keep the old flab, wrinkles, grey hairs, moles, hideous jowls and all sorts of other crapolla from forming. Give us old codgers a break! I've lost 3 stone but it has been sheer and utter hell! do it for yourself and just try your best. " Jason Stackhamhigh, Cardiff, Sept 2007.

"Congrats mate, I am also trying to lose an excess of stones I have gained over the years." David Mars, Sept 2007.

"Well just watched your video and i think i am going back swimming tomorrow its been a while and i need to lose a few stones so i hope i can get out of bed like you do, thanks just the push i needed." Geri, Dublin, Sept 2007.

"Not bad for an old man. Keep it up Dad!" Ben Lourie, Sept 2007.

"Cheers Phil! I am doing the same...except I've had to take several weeks off as I have contracted Swimmers Ear, twice. I can feel the pounds creeping back, and can't wait until I'm back in the water! Good job mate!" Garth Hunt from Utah, USA, Sept 2007.

"Well done Phil, we found this video great fun and feel you should especially proud of yourself. Oliver especially enjoys swimming and I prefer rowing here in Australia. Well done Phil." Gani Sumitri-Mills, Sept 2007.
