WILLIE: I like that one, I like "thran". I'm a sort of, I'm a thran sort of body mesel, er, ah but, there's words, there's words like, y'know, some great descriptive words, like, em, somebody bein "crabbit", if they're carnaptious, there's somebody who's a wee bit, mebbe, tends to be cross all the time. "Sleekit" is a great word; that's somebody you can't really trust, y'know, somebody who puts on airs, an you can't really trust em. Ah, no, no, I don't know if I've one favourite word, you know, but, er, there's, there's some brilliant descriptive words, you, know, you talk about, er, bein able to be fit to "thole" something; that means you can suffer the pain, endure the pain, y'know.

What do you think about your local accent?
If someone refers to you as a Cuddie Wifter, a Ciotach or Corrie Fisted it's probably because they have realised you are left-handed.
