About this interview
MICHAEL: when we had that snow in '63 Chris and me, we both (unintelligible), I worked, well, I was working on (unintelligible), with Chris and we had to cycle to Dorchester to sign on, because they stood us all off. There want no work for us and I had ten shillings - for about six weeks money that was. (mmm) When I, I, I'm back. And we had, I think, we had four months off, off on the dole. We, we used to go snow shovelling up on the hill there, up on the roads.
