These films tell the stories of young volunteers who've helped their communities and themselves. They were made with support from the BBC and the Community Channel.

Youth Volunteering
More and more young people are getting involved in volunteering to give something back to society and also to help themselves in an increasingly difficult job market. The inspiring young people in these films have improved their skills and confidence, and in some cases, their job prospects. All of the films were made by BBC staff who volunteered themselves through the BBC’s Connect and Create scheme to help learn filmmaking skills themselves. The films were also made with the support of The Media Trust and will be screened on the Community Channel.
