Kirsty found it hard to get a job after University so she looked into volunteering. Like so many young people, she was in the trap of needing experience to work and work to gain the experience. In this film she made for the UK Youth Volunteers project with the help of BBC Connect and Create, Kirsty explains how volunteering has improved her confidence. It has also given her a better idea of the direction she wants to take in her working life and the experience she needs to get a job.
