Eccles Filmmakers
Karen Illingworth runs the community art gallery based in Eccles shopping centre. The gallery shows artwork from local artists and community interest groups. In this film Karen talks about how the gallery is important for drawing together different aspects of the community. Art Community was produced by Video Nation Network and volunteer filmmakers, Deborah Brookes, Mike Atherfold, AJ Akande and Tom Berry. Archive material provided by Salford Local History Library.
