The BBC Bus visited Darlington where Paul tells his story. Paul explains how he took a complete career change, creating a business in rock climbing. The rock climbing is aimed at a range of people, visiting schools, colleges and community centres. Paul believes that this type of activity can help individuals focus their energy on something positive, which can be enjoyable at the same time.
